We'd love to take a closer look at why it's not working for you! As a graphic designer I need to do things on the fly and find myself frustrated with the features this app lacks. Many times I jump to this app to quickly put something together as a semi mock-up for clients.
Simple features the app lacks are essential to anyone who does graphic work. The distortion features in the app are pretty worthless imo. If I have a logo and need to add simple text I am unable to skew or italicize the text to fit image angles properly. There needs to be a angle or skew tab in there to angle the text slant in a positive or negative direction.
My second major issue is the same thing with images or object layers. There should be a free transform option or a skew or slant feature to grab individual points of an object to allow for easy manipulation. If the app had those two features added I would give it 5 stars. There are some great features.
But the app itself is very limiting with essential functions that limit the user. Privacy practices may vary, for example, based on the features you use or your age.

I'd really, really like to be able to have text's baseline curve around any arbitrary line or shape that I can make with the vector tools! I would love to see a simple button to have it wrap around, say, a shape over top of the shape I need it to wrap on.
I have an orb and need the words wrapping around the top. Too many letters to do individually as well! I DO love this app though Thu Aug 08, am It's also problematic to work letter-by-letter with Arabic language coz it has to be joined in a specific way.

It is now super simple to draw text along a curve, or any freeform path. In addition to the standard Type tool, there is now a dropdown to expose alternative text layouts: circular, path and freeform. This makes it really easy to add decorative text to your compositions that trace around the perimeter of your scene, unlocking a lot more creativity.
The new text tools support all standard typographic features, including tweaks to letter spacing to space out the text along the full width of the path. Also new in version 1. This rotation does not affect the exported image, but it may be useful to look at the current composition in a different way, whilst designing the final piece.
Simply use two fingers on a trackpad to rotate the canvas. The app triggers satisfying haptic feedback when snapping to regular 90 degree intervals.
